What is the best light cycle for autoflowering plants?
This autoflowering cannabis strain has an age-dependent flowering phase, rather than depending on changes in the light cycle. Despite this, it is necessary to have as much light as possible for your cannabis plants and to get the best harvest possible.
LIGHT CYCLE 18/6

IS THERE A 12/12 CYCLE OF LIGHT?
Indeed, there are marijuana growers who have that light cycle but in the flowering phase. The only downside there is probably to this method is that with a 12 hour light cycle, the buds are often smaller than with another growing method like 18 or 24 hour light. This method is usually applied in different situations:
- When the plant has an excess of heat, this usually occurs in places where the climate is warm. Normally the lights are turned off during the day so that your crop does not get too hot. Therefore, this method of 12/12 turning on the lights at night will be your best option to avoid heat stress.
- In a mixed culture between photoperiod and autoflowering strains.
- In case you don’t want to make such a high power consumption for such a long time. If you have a limited budget, perhaps this light method is better for your cars.
THE SEA OF GREEN METHOD AND AUTOFLOWERING STRAINS
It is a different way to train your plants and obtain very good harvests. This technique consists in that instead of letting the plants grow to a great height, we must grow many small plants, all together forming a canopy that maximizes exposure to light and makes the most of the space.
This method is very common in the cultivation of autoflowering, because it takes advantage of the compact size that these seeds have naturally.
MARIJUANA LIGHTS
There are many types of marijuana lights on the market. Lighting is very important when growing any type of marijuana plant indoors, and in this bag I include autoflowering plants.

- 6,500K Blue Light during the vegetative phase: Blue light spectrums encourage vegetative growth, helping cannabis plants grow compact and bushy while minimizing stretching.
- 2,700K Red Light During Flowering: Red light spectrums are ideal for flowering because they promote bud formation and a slight stretch, encouraging the production of large, dense flowers.

If you are new to growing autoflowering, use these tips that will come in handy for your harvest:
- Choose a seed that is productive: within all autoflowering there are certain differences, for example we recommend amnesia haze is a strain that achieves large yields.
