Shipping policy outside the European Union

Important: orders shipped outside the EU customs territory may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees, always payable by the recipient.

How we ship

All MADAME GROW® orders leave our warehouse in Spain with DHL Express. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking number and, afterwards, further updates from DHL or its local partners on the status of your delivery.

The usual transit time is 2 to 5 working days from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. Customs procedures may extend this time for reasons beyond our control.

Customs, duties and import taxes

• Customs duties, import VAT or import tax and clearance fees are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost.
• They are always payable by the recipient, in accordance with the legislation of the destination country. DHL or its local partner will usually contact the recipient to arrange payment before delivery.
• Every shipment travels with its commercial invoice and the documentation required by customs.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact details (phone and email) and, where the destination country requires it, their tax or importer identification number.

Shipping rates outside the EU

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are part of Spain but lie outside the EU customs and VAT territory, so import formalities also apply there.

All shipping prices include VAT. Free shipping from €45 does not apply to these destinations.

Refused shipments and returns

If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, the outbound and return transport costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Other conditions

• Each order pays a single shipping cost, no matter how many items it contains.
• Vegetal Bioplant S.L. reserves the right to cancel and refund orders whose actual transport cost is disproportionate to the value of the order.
