Shipping costs and delivery times
FREE SHIPPING on orders from €45 to mainland Spain and the continental EU.
Carrier and tracking
All MADAME GROW® orders are shipped with DHL Express from our warehouse in Spain.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking number. From then on, DHL or its local partners will send you further emails with delivery updates: out for delivery, delivered, or available at a pick-up point where applicable.

Delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 1-2 working days
- All other destinations: 2-5 working days
Delivery times are counted from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the time of purchase.

Important information
- Shipments outside the European Union: customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
- Each order pays a single shipping cost, no matter how many items it contains.
- Vegetal Bioplant S.L. reserves the right to cancel and refund orders whose actual transport cost is disproportionate to the value of the order.
