What is potassium soap?

It is an insecticide whose main component is potassium soap, ours from Madame Grow is one of the most concentrated on the current market, much more than those you can get in supermarkets, so you will need very little quantity to dilute it in water and make it effective in fighting pests.

It is a product widely used in organic farming and its effectiveness against the control of soft body pests such as: aphids, whiteflies, mealybugs, thrips or red spider mites, all of them can affect your therapeutic plant.

How does Potassium soap work?

This ecological insecticide acts by contact on soft-bodied insects that breathe through the skin, softens their surface protection and causes them asphyxia, the good thing is that potassium soap does not harm other beneficial insects such as bees or their own natural predators.

In addition, this soap has a very interesting effect on the leaves, acting as a cleaner on leaves with remains of molasses produced by these pests such as aphids that, if not cleaned, can cause diseases such as bold.

Potassium Soap - How To Use
