Indoor cultivation
It is a medium-tall plant that can reach 1.5-2.5 m if given time, so indoors it is best to shorten the vegetative phase and switch it to flowering at a moderate size. Early topping and a SCROG net help contain its height and form a flat canopy with many well-lit tops. It yields 350 g/m² after 8-9 weeks of flowering. We recommend a high-quality airy substrate, regular pH control (6.0-6.5 in soil), moderate humidity and good air exchange, plus an activated carbon filter for its earthy, spicy aroma.
Outdoor cultivation
Outdoors it reaches its full size, with a height of 1.5-2.5 m, and can yield up to 500 g per plant. Its harvest arrives in late October, so it performs best in warm climates with long, dry and sunny autumns, such as those of southern Europe; in cooler areas, a greenhouse helps it finish ripening. Plant it in an open spot with direct sunlight and enough room between plants for its branches to develop without competing.
Aroma and flavour
An earthy, spicy profile with character: a base of damp soil and a peppery touch come through from mid-flowering. Over them a sour note livens things up, and at the end a gentle sweetness takes over, rounding off the aroma and leaving a sweet-and-sour memory.
