Brutal Cook Feminized - Black Elephant Genetics

Brutal Cook: Fire OG and Girl Scout Cookies with a vanilla and ginger aroma

Brutal Cook (German Fem Line) by Black Elephant Genetics brings together two families from the Californian scene: Fire OG, an OG with very resinous flowers and reddish pistils, and Girl Scout Cookies, known for its sweet, bakery-style profile. From the first it inherits vigour and stretch; from the second, the density of its flowers and an indulgent aromatic base. The result is a feminized, indica-dominant (70%) strain with compact flowers and an aroma reminiscent of a vanilla and nut sponge cake with a touch of ginger.

Why choose Brutal Cook

✓ Feminized: every plant will be a productive female, with no males to identify.
✓ Two Californian families: the resin of Fire OG and the density of Girl Scout Cookies.
✓ 9-10 week flowering: a cycle that lets the flowers finish bulking up.
✓ Generous yield: up to 600 g/m² indoors and up to 800 g/plant outdoors.
✓ Bakery aroma: vanilla and nut with a spicy hint of ginger.

Indoor cultivation

Indoors it reaches 80-120 cm. Its OG side stretches strongly during the first weeks of flowering, so it is worth topping it during growth and spreading its branches across a SCROG net, which also supports the weight of the flowers at the end. It yields 500-600 g/m² after 9-10 weeks of flowering. For maximum results we recommend a high-quality airy substrate, regular pH control (6.0-6.5 in soil), removing large inner leaves to improve airflow, low humidity in the final stretch and an activated carbon filter to contain its aroma.

Outdoor cultivation

Outdoors it stays at a medium size of 140-180 cm and can yield 600-800 g per plant, with harvest in mid-October. It prefers warm, sunny climates such as the Mediterranean and a spot sheltered from the wind. Put stakes in place before the flowers gain weight and, in areas with humid autumns, choose a well-ventilated location and check the inside of the flowers during ripening.

Aroma and flavour

A warm, indulgent profile: vanilla and nut recall freshly baked dough, with a sweetness you notice just by brushing the leaves. On top comes a spicy hint of ginger, all resting on an earthy base that grows stronger in the final weeks of flowering.

Get the most from your harvest

Indicas with compact, resinous flowers like Brutal Cook need a good supply of nutrients in the second half of flowering, when the flowers fill out. Pair it with the Madame Grow fertilizer kits, covering growth, flowering and flower bulking, formulated in our laboratory in Andalusia.

Frequently asked questions

Does it stretch a lot after the switch to flowering?
Yes, its Fire OG heritage makes it gain quite a lot of height in the first weeks. Topping it during growth and guiding it with a SCROG net keeps the canopy even and the branches well supported.

How much indoor space does it need?
With a final height of 80-120 cm, it fits in standard 80x80 or 100x100 cm grow tents, as long as the stretch is controlled with topping and training.

How should I store them until sowing?
In a cool, dry and dark place, ideally in the fridge inside an airtight container. This preserves their germination power for a long time.
