S.A.D. (Auto French Lines) by Black Elephant Genetics is a sweet, indica-dominant autoflowering strain of Afghan character, prized for its dense, resinous flowers. In this autoflowering version it keeps a strongly marked indica dominance (85%), a compact plant of approx. 90 cm indoors, an 8-week flowering phase and a yield of 350-400 g/m². Indoor cultivation

Develops a compact, sturdy plant of approx. 90 cm, with a marked main cola and short side branches that fill with dense flowers during its 8 weeks of flowering, yielding 350-400 g/m². Sow it directly in its final pot to avoid transplant stress, feed it lightly during the first weeks and keep the same light schedule throughout. We recommend a high-quality airy substrate such as coco coir, moderate and frequent watering without waterlogging, and regular pH control (6.0-6.5 in soil). Instead of topping, gentle LST helps open up the plant and spread the light.

Outdoor cultivation

Outdoors it can yield 50-100 g per plant. Plant it in large pots or directly in the ground with an airy substrate, in a sunny, well-ventilated spot. As it does not depend on the photoperiod, it flowers on its own whatever the day length, allowing staggered sowings throughout the warm season. Its contained size makes it very discreet on balconies, terraces and in gardens.

Aroma and flavour

A rich, enveloping profile: a deep sweetness reminiscent of freshly pressed grape must, with notes of ripe grape and a slightly earthy background inherited from its Afghan roots. The aroma intensifies in the final weeks of flowering, so an activated carbon filter is advisable indoors.
