Dark Devil (Auto French Lines) by Black Elephant Genetics is a hybrid autoflower that stands out at first sight: many of its plants take on reddish and purple tones as flowering progresses, and its flowers can look very dark once dried. With a base of 55% sativa, 40% indica and 4.7% ruderalis, it combines vigour, a short cycle and a sweet, fruity aromatic profile with notes of incense.

Indoor cultivation

Develops a compact, well-branched plant that reaches up to 1.3 m and yields 450-550 g/m² in a short cycle. Sow it directly in its final pot to avoid transplant stress, feed it lightly during the first weeks and keep the same light schedule throughout. We recommend a high-quality airy substrate such as coco coir and regular pH control (6.0-6.5 in soil). Instead of topping, gentle LST helps open up the plant and spread the light across its side branches.

Outdoor cultivation

Outdoors it can yield 100-200 g per plant. Plant it in large pots or directly in the ground with an airy substrate, in a spot that gets direct sun for much of the day. As it does not depend on the photoperiod, it flowers on its own whatever the day length, allowing staggered sowings throughout the warm season. Cool nights at the end of the cycle tend to bring out its purple tones.
